In this year’s edition of our tournament, we will be offering all our participants freedom of choice! You get to decide your accommodation but in case you're not sure we’ve gotten some good deals with local, central, hotels. 

Booking of these will be the responsibility of the participating teams and may be done with the hotel directly, for more info on accommodation follow this link: Accommodation information.

Notice that there are two prices that are to be considered: 1 fee if registration and payment occurs before the 4th of March and another if registering after the 5th of March. Final deadline for registration is 1st of April. 

Team fee if registered (and paid) before 04.03: 4000 NOK 

Team fee if registered after 04.03 (regular sum): 5300 NOK

Deadline for sign-up and payment: 29th of March 2024

Cancellation, at any point, of the tournament due to Covid-19 restrictions will lead to all fees being refunded in full. If participating teams request refunds after the registration deadline, they will be refunded their paid sum minus 15% of the regular sum. Withdrawing teams after the publication of the game schedule results in no refunds being made.
