They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Drammen Rivers 1 could be found in Group A together with Raumnes & Årnes, Askim Wolverines Basketball, Kløfta Idrettslag - Basket Kløfta White Tigers and Kristiansand Pirates U19.

Drammen Rivers 1 made it to Sluttspill B after reaching 5:th place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IL Sandviken Basket with 24-26. Thereby Drammen Rivers 1 finished second in GU17 Sluttspill B during Pirates Cup 2022.
