Kristiansand Pirates was one of 49 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Pirates Cup 2022. They participated with 22 teams in Gutter 12, Gutter 13, Gutter 15, Gutter 17, Jenter 14, Jenter 17 and Gutter/Jenter U11 respectively. The team in Gutter 17 made it to the the Final in Sluttspill Aand won it over Kristiansand Pirates by 32-28.
In addition to this, Kristiansand Pirates have participated in Pirates Cup before. During Pirates Cup 2021, Kristiansand Pirates had 7 teams playing in Gutter 14, Gutter 15, Gutter 16, Gutter 19, Jenter 16 and Gutter/Jenter U11 respectively. Kristiansand Pirates comes from Kristiansand S which lies approximately 2 km from Kristiansand, where Pirates Cup takes place. The area around Kristiansand S does also provide five additional clubs participating during Pirates Cup 2022 (BFG, Cattle bois, Karmøy, Mistakez and KSI Coast Guards).
